1st Dibs...a Guilty Pleasure

Oh do I like 1st Dibs.  Dan-ger-ously like.  Good thing the pocketbook will keep you in check.  This little bronze beauty only 7" tall by 6" made by David Wiseman will only set you back to the tune of $7,500.

Another incredible piece.   The "Rio" by Oscar Niemeyer is an ebonized chaise lounge with a woven cane seat and removable leather headrest. While he designed the piece in 1978 it was produced in 2007.  I want two please!!

Out and About

Stopped by Rejuvenation Lighting today and stumbled upon this incredible coffee table by Charles Hollis Jones-- king as I call him, of Lucite, Brass and Glass.  Such interesting pieces, I'm lucky enough to own two of his barstools, but this table was just striking and the detail and imagination of the piece blew me away.

Grey Onyx!!

Oh the simple drama of grey onyx, if only I could have it everywhere-the floors, walls, ceilings, I just can't get enough of the natural simplicity and the beauty.  Here David Mann makes a statement in this New York Apartment, featured in Architectural Digest.
